Voxight ("the Service") is a web-based platform that transforms Twitter/X Spaces recordings into AI-powered transcriptions and sentiment analysis. The Service is operated and accessible at www.voxight.online.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use Voxight.

The Service provides:

• Automated transcription of publicly available Twitter/X Spaces recordings
• AI-driven analysis including sentiment, tone, energy, emotion, key takeaways, and topic-level sentiments
• Downloadable summaries in multiple formats
• Cross-wallet caching — if a Space has already been transcribed, subsequent requests receive cached results instantly after payment

To use Voxight, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

No account registration is required. Voxight operates on a wallet-based authentication model. You interact with the Service by connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet, including but not limited to:

• Solana wallets: Phantom, Solflare
• EVM wallets: MetaMask, Trust Wallet

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. Voxight does not store, access, or manage your private keys or seed phrases.

Access to Voxight's transcription and analysis service requires a payment of 1 USDC per Twitter/X Space processed. Payments are facilitated through the x402 payment protocol, an HTTP-native micropayment standard.

All payments are processed on-chain and are final and non-refundable. Each transaction is recorded on the respective blockchain and can be verified via the corresponding block explorer.

You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient USDC and native tokens (SOL or ETH) in your wallet to cover the transaction amount and any associated network fees.

If a Space has already been transcribed by another user, your payment still applies. You will receive the cached results instantly without re-processing.

Voxight processes publicly available Twitter/X Spaces recordings. We do not access private or restricted content.

The following data is collected and stored:

• Wallet addresses — used for payment verification and to associate summaries with your wallet
• Twitter/X Space metadata — Space ID, title, host information, participant count
• Generated transcripts and analysis — stored in our database for caching and future analytics
• Payment records — transaction hashes, amounts, and network information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregated and anonymized data may be used to generate analytics, including crypto Twitter sentiment trends and topic analysis.

Data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We employ database-level encryption and access controls to protect stored information.

The Voxight platform, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Voxight and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your rights: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use summaries and analyses generated through the Service for your personal or business purposes.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize generated content as a competing transcription or analysis service. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the Voxight platform itself.

The original Twitter/X Spaces content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators. Voxight does not claim ownership over the source audio content.

You agree not to use Voxight for any of the following:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Service
• Automated or bot-driven mass requests intended to overload or abuse the system
• Circumventing or attempting to bypass payment mechanisms
• Using the Service to harass, defame, or infringe upon the rights of others
• Submitting fraudulent or manipulated URLs to exploit the processing pipeline
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service

Voxight reserves the right to restrict access to any wallet address found to be engaging in prohibited activities, without prior notice or refund.

Specifically, Voxight does not warrant that:

• Transcriptions will be 100% accurate — AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions
• Sentiment analysis reflects the true intent or meaning of speakers
• The Service will be available at all times without interruption
• All Twitter/X Spaces recordings will be accessible or processable

Voxight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Twitter/X, Meta, or any social media platform. The availability of Space recordings depends on the policies and infrastructure of the respective platform.

Cryptocurrency transactions carry inherent risks including but not limited to network congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, and price volatility. Voxight is not responsible for any losses arising from blockchain-related issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Voxight and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall Voxight's total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim — which is 1 USDC.

Voxight is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from blockchain network failures, delays, or congestion
• Unauthorized access to your wallet resulting from your own negligence
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated transcriptions or analysis
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure events
• Actions taken by third-party wallet providers or blockchain networks

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the Service operators are established.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Voxight reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
