1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Voxight ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Voxight is operated by Kognai and its subsidiaries.

2. Description of Service

Voxight is an AI ecosystem intelligence platform that detects, analyzes, and delivers market signals from X (Twitter), Spaces transcripts, and other public data sources. Intelligence reports are delivered as purchasable signals via x402 micropayments.

3. x402 Micropayments

Certain signals and reports require payment via USDC on Solana or Base network. By initiating a payment:

  • You authorize the transfer of the specified USDC amount from your wallet.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable once settled on-chain.
  • Unlocked signals are accessible for 24 hours from the time of payment.
  • Voxight is not responsible for network fees, failed transactions, or wallet errors.

4. Intelligence Accuracy & Disclaimers

Voxight signals are derived from public data and AI analysis. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Signals carry confidence scores and observability flags — users are responsible for their own decisions based on this intelligence.

We label inferred signals as "inferred" and direct signals as "direct." No guarantee is made as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Voxight to:

  • Redistribute or resell intelligence signals without written permission.
  • Scrape, automate, or systematically access the platform beyond the API terms.
  • Use signals to manipulate markets, spread misinformation, or harm third parties.
  • Circumvent payment gates or access gated content without authorization.

6. API Usage

Access to the Voxight API is governed by x402 micropayment terms. Free endpoints are rate-limited. Paid endpoints require a valid USDC payment per call. Automated access must respect rate limits; abusive usage will result in IP-level blocking.

7. Intellectual Property

All intelligence signals, briefs, narratives, and analyses produced by Voxight are proprietary. Signal content may not be republished or redistributed without attribution and permission. The Voxight name, logo, and crossing-signals mark are trademarks of Kognai.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxight and Kognai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any intelligence provided. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for the relevant signal.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
